Mercy Hospital Western Hills

I would like to give no stars. The staff is very negligent. They are the reason that my Dad lived his last 3 months in severe pain. They let his heel rot because they did not elevate it off of the bed for several days even though he was diabetic. Had he lived we were told that he might have had to have his foot amputated. Many nurses and doctors told us that it was because of gross negligence. I hate this hospital.
