Laurel Valley Apartments

I was in this apartment for only one year. It was one of the worst apartment experiances I have ever dealt with. They trap you in with great deals then get you in the end of your lease. I was charged $715 for new carpet because there was a stain on my steps..... FROM THIER MATAINENCE MAN tracking in mud! The first month I was there I had to call matainence 3 times. Once for the air conditioning, then for the hot water heater and then for the dish washer. Not minor issues. Security was worthless we got our car broken into the second month we were there. I also recieved threatening letters from the main office that they would evict us if my daughters bicycle wasnt removed from our porch. We were treated horribly and it was an experiance I hope no one will ever have to go through.
