Jose Rivera, owner/manager, is honest, up-front and diligent. Jose fulfills what he promises. I found his quotes to be very competitive price. He has been in carpets for 16 years. The team he has are all carpet men that have 5-10 years experience each. I was pleased with the work and the quality of carpet that Jose help me choose and the installation went fast. There was one problem ( a covered floor vent) and Jose came back the next morning to make the correction.

I strongly recommend that you get a WRITTEN quote that list everything that you want done. I didn?t and there was an issue of mis-communication when I wrote down one thing and Jose didn?t remember agreeing to it. However, to his credit, he capitulated and went with what I wrote down. Also, get a written carpet guarantee that spells out what brand and how many years the carpet is guaranteed for. Strongly recommended
