Concrete With A Heart

They did a very poor job repairing my steps, and charged me $3500. One year later the steps fell apart and Concrete with a Heart did NOT honor their guarantee. Instead the owner avoided my emails and calls. I am now paying $5000 to have another company properly repair the steps. In the meantime, the steps have been hazardous to use. The owner also claims to be a Christian, yet I certainly do not view his actions as moral in the least. His craftsmanship and work ethic are both poor. I have given him three years to make amends, but now I feel I have every right to complain and warn others.
