Was sent to Simply Shades in Plaistow by a Home Depot employee because I was looking for brackets for blinds that were in our new house. Went to see Steve and he knew what kind of brackets we needed even tho the blinds didn't come from him, he gave us what we needed and wouldn't take anything for them. They will lie to you to get a sale. I was told that the insurance I purchased would cover a new phone and that I would only need to pay the Activation Fee. I had the Rep named "Johnathan" also known as "John-O" repeat this to me a few times so that I was very clear. Today I needed to use the insurance to get a new phone and they are now attempting to charge me a 149 dollar deductible PLUS the Activation Fee. This Rep false advertized to me to get a sale. This store has the worst customer service and sales tactics I have ever witnessed and nothing is being done to reconcile this issue. Very shady people! Do not buy from this location! ...read more
