College Walk Apartments

ROACHES GALOR!! They have a rough crowd that lives in this apartment complex. There are always shirtless hoodlums walking around. Transvestites also hanging out in the parking lot and underessing people with their eyes (and I'm a DUDE!!). SICK!! This is the most run down place I've ever seen. The atmosphere is definately not a good one. Make sure you walk with a group when your at night. This is definately a place that needs to be evaluated by the health department!!! Don't be influenced by their cheap prices. Save yourself and go somewhere better (across the street) Because even the cheap prices don't justify for this DUMP!!!
I wouldn't even give this place one star in any category, it wasn't an option so I had too!
