The entire staff, from intake at the counter, to the techs, to the vets, are absolutely top-notch. The care they have for the animals' well-being is first, not how much they can sell or bill.

The hospital Mr. Wallick is referring to is NOT Albuquerque Westside Animal Emergency Clinic. He is reffering to the Albuquerque Emergency Animal Clinic on the other side of town. Neither of these doctors works at ABQ Westside Animal Emergency Clinic.

This establishment has rude and defiant help, staff that does not know their silly rules, and they will not honor their own word. I strongly suggest you seek help elsewhere, these people are scary and out of control. For example, one of their DVM's Shellee Roe refered me to another DVM, Jennifer Strasser, for an ultrasound, then when I called to schedule it, they would not make the appointment, and would not let me talk to either doctor, nor would they let me speek to the office manager Lynda Stevens. The hired help is playing god with their service...
