I made an offer to your staff today, with your permission of course, to sponsor a barbecue for them one Monday this summer. I would rent the Kiwanis section of the Elena Gallegos land grant off Tramway for the day - the event would be six hours say, from 2pm to 8pm. It has covered seating for 100 (I would invite and cook for 80; employee plus one if that is enough), volleyball courts, and horse shoe pits. The menu would include barbecue chicken (thighs and breasts), barbecue pork ribs (2/person), hot dogs (just ketchup/mustard and bun), my caesar salad (yours is good, mine is better), apple pie, lemonade, coke/diet, and bottled water. I am not asking for a nickel, and only want to thank everyone for what they do and pass on the memories of one of my favorite jobs of all time. I am so proud and happy that you don't change your menu items and have always stuck to what made you famous. I also want nothing in return at any time presently or in the future. All Mondays in June are available, as well as three Mondays in July. Obviously, the sooner we set this up the better it will go off. Thanks for your consideration - and no, my nieces know nothing about this. Sincerely, Rob Almaraz ...read more

This afternoon I ordered a pizza for take-out. I have always had good experiences with your employees no matter which restaurant I go to but my experience today at Montgomery & Morris was exceptional. Her name is Lacey. All too often people only speak out when it is a bad experience. I hope this brings to light to someone exceptional. Thank you for years of great service and product. Janice ...read more

How Do Restaurants Make Enchiladas?

Many people think that an enchilada in a restaurant is much better than anything they can ever find at home, unless they know a lot of Hispanic people. This is because a restaurant has a special way of making enchiladas that is not only delicious, but doesn't fall apart like some people find when they... ...read more
