Slow, unhelpful, and unpleasant to deal with
Very disappointed; I should have delivered the basket myself! I ordered a gift basket for Mother's Day 10 days ahead of time and expected it to be delivered on time. They missed the deadline, and were unwilling to do anything to correct it. I will never buy anything from this company again.
