Aikido practice has great intensitiy and it is a wonderful overall work out at Open Sky in Hillsborough, NC every day of the week.

The Chen Style Tai Chi develops lower body power and hip coordination . Excellent solo practice which gives one a practice when they can't make it daiy to the school for the partner practice in aikido.
The students at Open sky are friendly and energetic.
