Absolutely Disappointing Service.
To make long story short,
First, they always charges you more than they quotes. I got a small loft steam-cleaned by the company. They first said $60 on the phone. However, when the technician guys came, they charged me $175. I couldn't refuse since he was already there!
Second, the cleaning service is disappointing. After the pricy $175 service, I still see a lot of spots remained.
Third, when you ask them to redo their service, they just avoid. I have been calling this company more than a week but they kept avoiding doing their service. Now, they even don't get my calls.
Absolutely irresponsible company. Plz never do business with this company.
