A 1 Fireplace and Backyard World

I had a bad experience with this company. They quoted me, what they said was the top of the line system with all these fancy electronic levers, dual zones, no need to put in two furnaces etc. So I bought it and had them install it. The new owner has had nothing but problems, They were unwilling to come out and fix it, And now they claimed they have filed bankruptcy. so there is no recourse. They are the worst people I have ever worked with. Don't ever do anything with a man called Bill Hartman.
