our closing was rescheduled according to my partners for tommorow i called from sunny az to inquire about how the funds were going to be distributed with multiple partners. i was treated like a jr high kid calling for an extension of curfew until the person found out i was part of the seller group. before she knew who i was she informed me the closing was scheduled for next monday we discussed the sole/joint tenant for deed application relating to the disbursements of funds when it became clear to her i had an interest she became a little more professional but then turned around and informed my partners i was the reason for the delay. this put the gray haze all over this transaction not to mention graying out the sun in az it is not true i was told the docs were not out in time and the seller didnt have his title work and the lender was trying something "funny" there is nothing funny about gray clouds around sundance wy. get it staright make it right ...read more
