My husband and I have donated several items to the Sheridan Re-store to help individuals that are not as fortunate as others. Upon visiting the store several times in the last few months, we have nothiced the dontated items are priced extremely high. We know that the money from the donations goes to help build homes for families, but it seems shameful that the manager of the store feels that she needs to price everything as if it was coming from the manufactor. Because of the high prices that she places on the donated items, we will no longer take any construction material, or any other items that would help individuals to this store. There are several other places in this town that are not money hungry, and stingy that do appreciate the donations, and will pass them on fairly. I can remember a time that the Re-store was packed full of customers, but unfortunatley, I am affraid that others too have come to realize that this store has become about the money, and not about helping. ...read more
