Called, as the advertisement says, to schedule an appt to finish up my taxes. I was told I did not need one. When I suggest 4:45pm on a certain day, I was told I could not do it. I then requested to work with the same person as before to finish up the taxes. The receptionist was rude & impolite. I was then called the day of the appointment (after much grief from the receptionist) that the person handling my taxes could not make it in & that the manger would finish them up. I told thm again that I would rather just deal with the same person . THey told me that was not going to happen. So I went in not saying a word but very upset, and the manger decided to tell me I was full of hate & evil and she wasn't sure what my problem was. They would not let me leave without paying a $25 fee so I ended up stayig. Then then tried to over charge me by $100 when I was quoted much less in the first visit.
