check out the trailers for rent here when I was in Evanston temporarily due to a job I was doing in the area . The manager was rude but the worst was the trailers that they were trying to rent out . The trailer I looked at was deplorable I honestly can't believe they were actually asking a month for this place . The trailer park itself didn't even look desirable there are broken down mobile homes that are in serious repair that apparantly the management decided to overlook. The park also has a lot of shady activity going on such as drug trafficking. Long story short I did not rent here . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy yeah it was that bad. I thankfully no longer reside in Evanston . But trust me if you ever find yourself in this sleepy little town avoid this place at all costs you will be glad you did . ...read more

I have lived here for two weeks and im now moving out cause that place has mold all over the floors in the bath rooms in my bed room it made me very sick and the new owner told me to live with it or get the hell out ..... my dryer vent is not hooked up either could this be a fire danger again the new owner told me to get over it all of them are like that he also said if I didn't like how silver sage is I could live in the trash can with my kids ...... god please help all the ones that still live there ... with co gas leaking and every thing ...read more
