Wow! My truck broke down on the roadside - 6 miles north of Douglas (dark, cold, and snowy of course) and Russ' towing service was there in less than an hour (not to mention they were way cheaper than the other places I called) - talk about great emergency roadside assistance that didn't drain my wallet! It was late, no stores were open to get parts yet Russ and Ray worked on my truck until after midnight and got me back on the road!
