I only give it one star because choosing "zero" stars is not an option. I took my bike to the Bicycle Station, left the bike there for an estimate at the end of the business day, got a work order, and I called back later to be TOLD that I didn't ever leave the bike there. I made several attempts in attempt to communicate and find a reasonable solution to me being completely without a bicycle, but I was faced with the poorest level of human known to mankind when I met a red-haired female who is usually standing at a desk by the front entrance. She is foul, rude, antagonistic and without kindness. When I FINALLY met the owner, he did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation. He made no apology. He made no offer to compensate. There are many companies I have interacted with during my life, but the Bicycle Station is by far.....the worst. It seems to be a positive, open, and healthy atmosphere, but I promise you that the ethics of the company and staff are anything but. ...read more

DO NOT purchase a bicycle from this store. They do not offer refunds for any reason and they practice very poor customer service. The owner is a city council member who is too 'busy' to deal with complaints and then refuses to "reasonably" resolve problems. He masks it with empty promises or at least those that don't cost him anything. It is worth your time and effort to go to Colorado! ...read more
