Recently, I was in for a regular full service. The "Manager" was kind enough to alert me to an issue with my coolant (it was full of "sludge") and recommended immediate service. I took it in for service at a local radiator shop and was told that the "sludge" was caused by adding the wrong type of coolant, which created a chemical reaction. I contacted Grease Monkey to explain the situation and voice my displeasure with their service. The "Manager" on-duty then lied to me. He stated they had never filled the coolant on that vehicle. I told him I was looking at an invoice that said otherwise. He back-tracked on his "white lie" and blamed the problem on something else. I said I was considering taking my business elsewhere and he said "Do what you gotta do buddy. I'm sorry I ever tried to help you!" I don't think I'm going to continue to be a Grease Monkey customer.
