we made arrangements with "Red" who is the owner of this so called company, to tow my sons truck from casper to denver. well that was 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. we are still sitting here wondering if he still has this truck and intending to deliver it. he has claimed that he is sick and he sleeps till noon by his own words, and he got upset when i called him to inquire at 8 am. these are normal business hours and he was nothing but rude when i woke him from his sleep during business hours. we are still with out our truck and have no clue as to when it will arrive. we are thinking our next step is to call the police and report it stolen. what else can we do? just let it go? let him get away with lying and just straight out TAKING this truck from us? DO NOT deal with this guy if you want your vehicle back. dont deal with this guy if you dont want to have to fight to get it back or have to stand over him the whole way to make sure he doesnt go back to bed and forget about you. beware!!!! ...read more
