Last time we stayed here, 10 years ago, this place was legit. The rooms, service, grounds, and management were premium. Fast forward to present day, it is hell. If they think they are going to charge us full price for the service we received, they should have done better. The management appears lazy, rolls her eyes at you, and gives you a king sized RUDE attitude. Management only gave a list of things that didn't work in the room, and when I asked, "Does anything in this place work?" she replied, "Well, tell the owner." Wow.
