First of all, let me say, I never honestly take the time to stop and say when someone is doing a great job. (shamefully, I usually only bother if ii've gotten horrible service) But I just had to in this case! I walked into the Ranson WV GameStop with my three children not knowing the difference between a "PS2" a "Wii" or a "DS lite". A nice guy (I later learned his name is "Johnny") asked if I needed anything. ( If he only knew what he was in for!!!) He kindly "walked" me through all the basics and helped my son pick out a game he recommended. The customer service I received that day was second to none. It's actually restored my faith in "good ole fashion customer service". We've been back several times since that day and "Johnny" has been there ready to help, give advice, and remind us of Game Stops amazing return policy.
