Western Greenbrier Disposal Service has a habit of skipping people when they pick up the trash. They did not pick up my trash even though my bill is paid. They picked up my neighbor's right across the street from me. They have been known to skip an entire row of houses on one side of the street but get all the houses on the other. I know lots of people who have been skipped even though they pay their bills. When you call the office, you can never get an answer. They are never there. How are you supposed to get any customer support if no one is there to provide it? If I had a truck, I'd haul my own trash to the landfill. ...read more

This company is the only company that servises where I live....so the whole idea of customer service is what they feel like giving and let me tell you it is not much. They say the road is to soft to get their big truck down our road but yet had a dumpster only 300 yards from my driveway and could pick that up. They dont call or communicate their pick up procedure changes and when I called had the attitude of they could really care less about the situation. Conform to their ways or too bad. I will bag my own garbage and take it to work before I ever spend a single penny with this company ever again and I prompt anyone considering using this service to think twice becuase the service you get will be far less than acceptable.
