I love their products, although a bit pricey. My beef is with their delivery policy. Free delivery, but I was not told, the delivery person is not allowed to step foot in your house. He wanted to leave it in my driveway, and balked at putting it on my front porch.We were trying to make sure he had delivered everything, the delivery guy called his boss, who then called me and said the delivery guy was complaining because he could not get out of the driveway.I know once they leave you can't prove the correct merchandise has been left.I will be remodeling another bathroom soon and will not use Ferguson's. ...read more
