I contacted One Call Plumbing to replace a shower/tub faucet. They failed to show or call on the day of the appointment and after I called them inquiring why they not had shown or called, they rescheduled for the next day. The following day, approximately 1 hour before the appointment, the assigned plumber called saying that his boss said to not do the job. There was no explanation or reason given. I would not suggest you call this company for any work since they do not respect their customers and if they do not respect their customers enough to call and instead leave you waiting for a plumber that will not show, how you can trust that they would do any job properly or stand behind their work. ...read more

Used 3 yrs & its been downhill. They've lost 3 pieces. 1st one they claimed nothing gets lost. 2nd one was a toddler suit jacket - found after quite a wait. 3rd one was a 2-pc. suit. I went to pick it up 2 days before my husband's job interview and they couldn't find it. I explain it wasn't a dept. store suit but rather one purchased at Daniel's and Kathleen assures me its ok to buy another suit per the owner. When I call again a week later in hopes that they found it to save my husband the hassle of shopping & fitting, Marty says to give him another week (what!?). 2 weeks later the suit isn't found & we buy another but Marty insists his seamstress does the altering. The seamstress can't lower the collar so we must go 2 places for alterations. Kathleen assures us reimbursement for the suit will be immediate & he'll call us. After multiple calls & visits to the shop over an 8-week period, we've gotten excuses but no reimbursement. Next step is small claims court. ...read more
