This company is outstanding. I called and took my DVD recorder by the shop because there was a disc stuck in the drive. When I returned home, I received a call from Jeremy telling me that the drive was dead. Since the unit has the capability of copying VHS to DVD, I asked if the drive could be replaced. He called me back in five minutes and told me that he could get a new drive to match the original so that I could finalize some discs that I already had recorded. He ordered the part immediately when I paid for the part by credit card on the phone with him. He called me later in the week to tell me that it was fixed. It is the same drive, and I was delighted with the service which was most reasonably priced. I would recommend PC Grafitti without reservation, and I will be calling them again when I have problems. I called around a bit in Morgantown and everyone wanted a lot of money or wanted me to wait WEEKS until they could fix my laptop, but these guys came to my house and picked up the comp, charged me under 100 bucks and brought it back the same day. Also looking at certifications for the summer. A+(Service Technician) individual for partners, A+ Service Center for the shop, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for each partner as well.
