I am being harassed by Desmond Cunningham, a juvenile who was banned from the Morgantown Mall on my suggestion because of multiple unsafe acts and deliberate acts to disrupt commerce within the Mall. Acting as Security Manager I repeatedly attempted to bring his behavior into line with our code of conduct, but was required to ban him from the mall when with total disregard for the safety of others he rode his bicycle into the mall. He has since been reported twice for criminal trespass, and he continues to trespass at will. He has now started showing up on my street and locations where I shop, today he threatened my and was making libelous statements about me at Circlek in Westover. Due to conflict with Westover v Morgantown Mall, I can not trust the Police here to act in an appropriate manner in my defense. please advise or act on the Juvenile referrals that have been made against him.
