Kevin installed my Trane XR95 furnace nearly eight years ago and I haven't talked to him till now (zero furnace issues). On the same day that we received 20" of snow overnight, our furnace stopped working. I called Kevin in the morning and he was prompt in returning my call (I later found out I was the sixth person he walked through a successful repair over the phone). In the few minutes I had before his return call (with an 11m old baby I was looking to get heat in my house quickly!) I had talked to a different repairman who told me he would charge probably close to $500 for him to look at it and, come to find out, misdiagnosed the problem anyway. When I got on the line with Kevin, he was very patient and polite, and literally walked me through troubleshooting the problem--not only the parts but their function and relationship to the other components as well. After only a few minutes, my furnace was back to normal and I was able to sleep much better and save some money too! CALL THEM!!!! I have read some of the remarks about this company and I have first hand worked with this company and I know that they are a good company. If I have a problem I call them. I have had other companies work at my home and I found that Morgantown Htg is the best. If there is a part that needs replaced they will show you the part and go over why it needs replaced.
