Lucky for them, we have no other choice. Our pickup is supposed to be Fridays, but you never know if they'll come or not. Plus, every week, yes, EVERY week they do pick up, they leave some trash in my can. Yep, the effort to tilt the can that little bit more to get that apple from the bottom... nah, too much work. My 'best' experience was running out pickup morning one snowy day. They were a couple of houses down the street, and had not yet reached my residence. If I could I would give zero stars, not an option. This is the worst garbage service I have ever had to endure we are a residential home and some weeks we have more than four bags , today we had six and they only picked up two. We had a special pick up which I paid for and due to illness I was unable to get the items out, they charged me twenty dollars and when I called them 5 times they still refused to refund my money. I hope another service comes into the area even if they charge twice as much I will switch to another company. Avoid this company at all cost! ...read more
