This company is outstanding. I called and took my DVD recorder by the shop because there was a disc stuck in the drive. When I returned home, I received a call from Jeremy telling me that the drive was dead. Since the unit has the capability of copying VHS to DVD, I asked if the drive could be replaced. He called me back in five minutes and told me that he could get a new drive to match the original so that I could finalize some discs that I already had recorded. He ordered the part immediately when I paid for the part by credit card on the phone with him. He called me later in the week to tell me that it was fixed. It is the same drive, and I was delighted with the service which was most reasonably priced. I would recommend PC Grafitti without reservation, and I will be calling them again when I have problems. Mandy's great! She accommodates your schedule w/ later hours, the salon is super clean, & her prices are very affordable. She also has a stash of toys for kids if they have to tag along. Whenever I go, I feel like I have her undivided attention. ...read more
