Prior to this year, I would have rated this company as a four or five star business. However, earlier this year, I went to pick up coal, driving from Buckhannon, and was told they only had 10 bags per person and had a wait list. I was pretty upset by this, since my truck takes a lot of diesel to drive from Buckhannon to Grafton, but figured I would make sure to call ahead. Next time, they had coal and it was fine. This time, I called ahead, was assured they had a pallet of anthracite nut coal, got there from Buckhannon and was told there was a ten bag limit again. The person who had told me they had a enough coal was, lo and behold, gone for the day and they could only give me half a pallet max. REALLY? This would be a good place to start a store. i was just looking on taylor county website..i no longer live in grafton though i still think of it as home..i have known the owners of this business for more years than i care to tell..they are without a doubt some of the most honest and reputable people i have ever had the honor of meeting and knowing..Tom and his crew did several installs and several service calls for me..the best service in the world...experts in their field...tell them what you want and what you want done...walk away and come back later and it is done..and it is done right...they go above and beyond..giving 120% on every job and installation and service call...it has been an honor indeed to even think of or consider these super people as friends...if you want the best in everything call them...anything less..call someone else..kudos to Tom and the entire staff at Quality Home Comfort..keep up the good work...by the way I now live in Florida..do you still do long distance service call..haha ...read more
