I went to get my hair highlighted and had the worst experience of my life here. My hair is pretty simple, but apparently asking for platinum blonde translate to Iron Water Blonde. Megan did my hair and ruined it. I had to go to Serenity to get it fixed. Funny thing is, I seen a girl that was getting her hair done at the same time as me at Trendz getting trying to get hers fixed the day at Serenity too. Says a lot about the caliber of stylist at Trendz. Not to mention, they are about the most unprofessional people that I have ever encountered. The other person that wrote a review just sounds bitter or something. The girls that work at Hair Villa are so sweet , make you feel at home AND do a fantastc job. This is the place to go if you need your hair cut or colored. Ive gotten more comments after getting my hair highlighted there then with anywhere else ive ever gone.
