Mr. and Mrs. Niday are the best. The involvement they show with the kids is unbelievable. They go out of their way to help their students on the mat and off. Their ability to instill self confidence, integrity and discipline is second to none. I became interested in Martial Arts for my two sons. However, once they started this program, I wanted in on the fun too! It's been about 8 months now and the confidence it has given my oldest son (10) is truly unbelievable. He went from not even speaking up in class at school to being outgoing at school, leading the taekwondo class in warmups, and has even performed before crowds of a couple hundred people. My youngest, (5) well, he needed the structure. It is amazing what he has accomplished. He too has performed before large crowds but most amazingly has learned to sit or stand still QUIETLY while waiting his turn! Yes moms, quietly and still!!! The exercise has been great for all of us. No one has to sit the bench, and everyone is a winner. The harder you push yourself the more you accomplish and the kids are actually learning and want to push themselves.
