Wilderness Ski-Doo

After 2 years of owning the machine, I have attempted to use the warranty on a broken choke tab that snapped off with normal use. I was under the assumption from a staff member that the part would be covered and the most I would pay was the $50 deductible. Bringing the machine the next day, the repair was made in short time, but I was not told that the repairs would run above what I was expecting to pay. I had to pay nearly triple the amount I was expecting. Had I been notified prior that the choke cable was not covered under the "bumper to bumper" coverage I purchased, I would have researched a more cost effective solution, or at least inquired about what specifically is covered under "bumper to bumper". (I have also found out mirrors do not qualify). I am guilty of not doing my homework on warranty. the repairs are satisfactory. Staff still courteous, but I would have preferred advance notice about price so I could have had the option of agreeing to the amount.
