Love this soap and especially the tropical shampoo bar. My hair feels clean, smells fresh and it lathers great. The reason I had to give 4 out of 5 stars is because my first order I placed with the company, was made during the time we were moving. It didn't make it to our old address before we moved. So it got lost. I realize this is not completely the company's fault, but their response when I contacted them about it was "it says it was delivered, good luck and I hope it shows up at your door eventually." I don't feel that this is the way any customer should be treated, but especially not a first time customer. My order was $20. How hard would it have been to ship my order out again? My soap eventually did show up a month later and I loved it A LOT. That's why they'll be receiving another order from me.
