After ending up in the ditch from a patch of ice, I called AAA's contracted vendor, Prairie Land Towing who agreed to call me so I can meet them at my vehicle so I can drive it home. They never called me. Instead they brought it directly to the pound where I'll have to pay $314 to get it out. My next phone call will be to AAA to recommend that they do not utilize them to assist their customers. FOLLOW UP: I contacted AAA and found out they were ALSO billed by Prairie Land Towing.
