Keep looking. Horribly unreliable. Ken, although he initially comes off as a super nice guy, stood me up four total times on our appointments to do a job I hired him for. He'd always sell his way into having me give him another chance. He ultimately did 1/2 the job in five times the length of time he promised it would take to complete the work. Then he just completely stopped returning my phone calls. The only thing he did promptly was cash my check. So the job never get done and my boat took a beating from the weather because of it. If I ever got anyone on the phone at the shop they'd just make up excuses for him, promise that he'd call me, but he never would. I have no idea how they stay in business treating their customers the way that they do. Very poor experience all the way around. No integrity whatsoever. ...read more
