My wife and I have been customers of yours ever since you started in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and elsewhere. At your new store on Hwy 42 in Sheboygan we were greatly disappointed when we ordered two medium "cement mixers'" costing us $10.00. They were supposed to be the carmel/chocolate fudge with pecans mix. An older large person told the very young girl of oriental descent to make them. She got the first order wrong putting on cashews instead of pecans, so she had to make them over. All I can say is they were not "cement" because she beat the hell out of them so that it was almost liquid. I blame your management for failing to properly train your people.
