Bought a brand new 2018 fifth wheel. Took out for the 1st time came back with a laundry list of things to fix. Shoeder's had for 2 wks and said most of the items either were fixed or there wasn't a problem. Well, when water us pouring out in storage space I think there is a problem. Went thru the camper at least 4-5 times what was wrong with it. Missed trip over the 4th of July cuz not fixed. New owner is a young punk and doesn't know how to deal with ppl or problems. Rented a pontoon boat this summer. They were nice enough to deal with on the phone. We returned the boat in excellent condition (we were told that everything looked great by the gentleman that picked up the boat) and then we were told that we had several hundred dollars in damage after the fact. I recently rented a wave runner from Shoeders. The guy who dropped it off was nice but obviously not thorough on his inspection.he marked scratches "on the bumper" when we pointed them out on the hood of the machine. When they picked it up they charged us for the scratches i pointed out!!!im sooo very disappointed with this service and have many family and friends who either live or go up to rhinelander and have rented from them or were planning on it. Its funny how a business can be sooo cheap that they are willing to loose more business to get some scratches fixed on their water water craft.
