I had the Shane, Kiernan's salesman out for an estimate and he gave me a good price. The crew that installed my a/c didnt know how to get it to work correctly. They sent 3 different repairmen out to correct the problem, the last one (John) fixed it in less then 15 min while the other two (Fred, Brian) were here for over 2 hours and couldnt get it to work. I called to and wanted the serviceman that got my a/c running to tune up my furnace. They told me they let him go but could send another serviceman out. After the terrible service and they got rid of the guy who actually knew what he was doing. I will be doing buisness with another company. ...read more
