This company hold our mortgage loan, I wrote a check for $500. and their people processed it as $5,ooo.00 . As you can imagine my checks are bouncing all over Gods green acres.. And these people wont pay the overdraft charges.I have spoken to just about everyone in all the 5 offices.. Its been 2 wks of living hell...still nothing. I have faxed things over to them,, they dont get it.. I have no address to send my papers to.. I am considering changing banks. This also happened to my next check..It also was electronically removed from my bank, but it was taken care of immediatelty. Cudos to Chase bank..!!! ...read more

I have a concern about a worker at M&I Bank on Pearl St in Oshkosh. The kids name is Trevor and he seems very disconnected from life and his job. I have had several rude transactions done from him, and I have witnessed him being rude to co workers and other customers. I have noticed that he has been employed at that location for sometime, and it makes me question management that they would allow a person like that to work there. I do not recommend anyone getting a loan or buying insurance from this credit union. I was a member and can tell you first hand that in my opinion they are deceitful & dishonest. For a member owned company this is the worse I have ever seen! If you want to be lied to and ripped off then they will accommodate you! They don't care about their members just about how they can get you to sign on the line then go against your contract and repo your property. ...read more
