My husband and I were sorely disappointed with our experience at Aspen Dental in Onalaska. Being new to the area, we called and scheduled cleanings and to establish care. We sat in the waiting room for almost an hour each and after numerous Xrays and a rather impersonal consultation with the dentist, were ushered in to see an office manager. It was the strangest experience as he basically provided us with price quotes for us to sign. No cleaning appt had been set up for either of us. The excuse we were given was that calls were dealt with by a centralized answering service. We were given a phone number to call customer satisfaction and after almost 10 mins through an interminable maze of non human prompts, were left hanging. We are moving on to find a place with real people who care for their patients and are less concerned with making money. This place seemed to be nothing but a money mill.
