Purchased a Brookstone home in late 2010, at first everything looks good, and thats where the good ends. Quality everywhere in the home is lacking. Faucets leak within a year, water leaks in under the front doorwhen it rains because the threshold is not seald down. Sheet vinyl is not glued in place so it shifts and comes out from under the baseboard. "established lawn" was annual ryegreass meaning it had to be replanted next year. 45x100 portion of the back of the lawn was not graded or spread with topsoil so it had to be completely redone (5 trucks of topsoil required to fix it) and after 1 year the air conditioning went out, installer came to look at it and admitted it was improperly installed adn still charged $194 per hour for repair.
