Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I booked a reservation through them. The next day (3 days before travel) I canceled the reservation because my plans changed. I only recieved partial credit because thier system only requested partial cancellation from the hotel. This company relied entirely on the hotel to make the charges right. They took or accepted no responsibility on their shortcommings, when in fact this was entirely their problem / responsibility to compelte the cancelation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ...read more
