Bought a boat from Badger Marine over 12 years ago. Have done nothing to the boat like I was supposed to since I bought it. Took it in for service to 2 other dealers and was told the motor was shot for one guy and the motor was just to old form the other. Called Badger Marine and they said. Just bring it in. Lets take a quick look. They found a loose wire. That was all that was wrong. Motor runs great. Went back to have it winterized today and they winterized it in 20 minutes ( its 8 degrees out). Seth the service guy did a great job and the lady inside was a pleasure to talk to while was there. Wish everywhere I deal with was like this. Went to 3 Marine dealers in the area today to get a part for my older I/O. Other dealer didn't care at all about my problem. Got to Badger Marine 30 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. The guy I dealt with was Dale. This guy did everything he could to help me get back in the water. He call the same 3 dealers I had been to see if they would help him better then they did me. He and I went out to his boneyard to fins a old little plastic part. We found one. Made my day and saved my family vacation. The part had a value of a few dollars. Just bought our 3rd boat from Badger Marine. I called around and check 4 other dealers and Badger was the lowest and was the only one to call me back. I called another local dealer 3 times to get a price and never once got a call back. Dale at Badger Marine was very helpful alone with his whole staff.
