OUTSTANDING customer service, very knowledgeable staff, and most importantly, they did a great job cleaning and repairing my rug I received from my mother. I was really nervous about taking this prized possession anywhere to get cleaned...but, after speaking with members of their staff and they explained the processes my rug would undergo, I knew I found a company I could trust. The repairs are impossible to detect and the rug turned out beautiful. I will be recommending everybody to these guys! ...read more

My house flooded in 2010. The Kelmann crew was really great. They truly respected my family and our house. They were really great to my kids! They actually saved most of our belongings and our entire basement. My wife broke down and cried when the Kelmann guys showed her some heirlooms they saved. They were awesome. My insurance agent and the adjuster my insurance company sent, both said Kelmann was the BEST. I had heard of Kelmann before but never needed their service. This is the exact type of business to NEVER go near. They put toxic glue under our basement carpet, took it out, never replaced the carpet, and disappeared. We sued them (Don Luke) in Small Claims Court. Mr. Luke has disappeared in order to not receive the subpeona. The Better Business Bureau is very aware of this crook. Stay away! ...read more
