I chose the owner Kristin (master stylist) to do my hair...from the get go it was a bad experience. I showed up 15 min early....she was working on another clients hair (seemed to be a friend, not a client) 15-20 min after my appointment time I was taken to be shampoo'd. The owner, Kristin, apologized for the wait and began. A minute or two later the phone rang she answered and 15 min later came back and apologized. After telling her how I wanted my hair and specifically telling her I didn't want her to thin it, she asked if she could blend it, I told her as long as she didn't use a thinning sheers at the base she could blend at the ends...started fine, ended badly...she starting chomping away with the shears taking 4-5 inches off in the middle of my hair while she talked with her mother and the two other stylists about her christmas party.
