DO NOT get your vehicle serviced or repaired at Roz Auto. I went to Roz to get the engine/motor replaced on my 2002 Jeep Liberty .I was hustled! Flat-out hustled!!! For a rebuilt engine, I was quoted a price of $2300. I thought this was a great deal. The salesman, Jim, even told me he was giving me a discount on the engine since my mother had her engine fixed there before. Roz had my vehicle for a month and called twice to tell me there were more things that needed to be repaired and quoted me an additional $575 for additional repairs. No problem! When it was time for me to pick up the vehicle, they said I would be charged $2300 for the engine, plus $575 for extra repairs AND $1500 in labor. This is where the problem is!!!! The $1500 WAS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME UP FRONT WHEN I LEFT MY VEHICLE WITH THEM. FURTHERMORE, I HAVE NO RECEIPTS ISSUED TO ME TO REFLECT THIS ADDITIONAL $1500.00, If it would have been communicated to me that I would be paying $2300 for an engine and $1500 for lab ...read more

You can call and they will tell you they have the part. You can look at car-parts.com and see that they say they have the part. Go there and try to buy the part and they don't have it. Thanks Roz for wasting my time and gas. ...read more
