I have now used Accurate Home Inspection for two of my properties and on both occassions I have been satisfied with the work done. Ray specializes in older east side homes and is very good at finding the major issues and not overwhelming you with the minor ones (even though he notes them all). The office staff is very upbeat and helpful and I enjoy calling them every time. I feel like people only write reviews when they are angry...well I like to change that tone when I am extremely satisifed! I would recommend Accurate Home Inspection as they are reasonable in price, you can set up appointments very quickly and they print the inspection report right there in the house for you (and email you a copy)! ...read more
