Welcome to my Weird World A. R. T. by Anita My hope in starting a blog is to reach new eyes&ears; for not only my art, but to sing praises for some amazing folks I know and also pass along some fun links. That is where the "assorted racy tidbits" come in. I am lucky to have loads of friends involved in creative&interesting endeavors. In addition to art…I am a fan of swing dance, jazz, great food, photography, architecture, networking&web design. Throw in my husband's peeps and we are really getting eclectic. He is an English teacher, musician and aMAGICIAN. Seriously, that alone qualifies us for a social circle that is out of the norm. It's been awhile since I've shared any news, so here are 3 quick updates: I just finished a southwestern themed mural forCommunity Care'swaiting room. I had a surprising and joyful experience creating art with an audience of patients and staff passing bycontinuallyexpressing thankfulness for: art in their facility, my talent, even my music selection. I have since hired them all to follow me to all future jobs. Wow! Talk about nice people and great reaffirmation. Save the date ~Art by Anitasolo show on Friday, Oct 15 forFall Gallery Night, at theMilwaukee Public Market(2 Floor) on Water St. I created over a dozen new mixed media pieces featuring the 3rd Ward.
